Steel Roller

Steel Roller

RE: Steel Roller

Any steel fabricator can make that.

RE: Steel Roller

(OP)
Just wondering if there is any off the shelf unit that I can purchase which might be cheaper/faster compared to fabricating it.

RE: Steel Roller

That one is not off the shelf. It has been fabricated with the structure. If you buy them off the shelf, you still have to weld them to the rest of your structure, so why not just make them? Just some flat bar, a piece of round stock, and a bolt.

RE: Steel Roller

You can buy some heavy-duty steel casters, not sure if they would suit the purpose or not.

The one in the picture looks like it was made from pipe with end plates, not a solid round bar of steel, but hard to tell for sure.
