Equation for predicting airside pressure drop through change in material volume?
Equation for predicting airside pressure drop through change in material volume?
(OP)
I have tested data for airside pressure drop through a media which is above that of the predicted values calculated from raw data. There is a deeper media to be used that we don't have available to test, I was going to apply the same percentage difference to the raw data to assume the same difference between reality and raw data. But is there an equation that could better assist knowing the change in media depth to calculate pressure drop based on the air velocity through the media?

Where K is a constant
d = depth of the coil
n = another constant
Solve for K and n using test data of PD at various d. Check how good is the curve fit.
