i have fuel control valve 1' reduced bore 3/4" have ascertain cv service fluid is hydro carbon gas
and I have at some where automatic drain valve have same size and bore size service hydro carbon liquid installed and scrubber drain
can I used the first valve instead the second valve the two valve have same size and same cv but different in service media which handling

depends smile Cv is the same but some of the materials in the valve may not be suited.

The design of the control valve is based on the requirements of the process, Press & temp, material, etc. You may gather these conditions and consult with the valve manufacturer.
