Unable to get rid of unconnected elements

Unable to get rid of unconnected elements

Unable to get rid of unconnected elements

(OP)
I am trying to mesh a geometry using voxel mesh in mimics software but when I importing it into the abaqus, it is giving me several number of unconnected regions/elements. How can I delete the unconnected elements? my geometry is bone which is made of porosity and is giving the unconnected elements. In addition, the number of elements is really high that I cannot remove the elements manually unless I can select the one big connected region and remove others. However, the issue is that I cannot even select that one big connected region using the angle of 90 (maximum) because of the enormous element numbers.

Regards,

Ardalan
