Bolted bonnet Trim 5 Gate and globe Valves Seat rings welding

(OP)
Hello colleagues. I recently started working at an oil company. When I received KSB valves, which came directly from the factory in China, I found that the rings of the valves of 4 "and smaller in diameter, regardless of the #, have the welding of the seat rings to the body, undercut greater than 2 mm, under fill of 1,5 mm, etc. etc, in most of the cases all the way around. The truth, what I think, the valves are recovered from scrap and are being sell as new, given that the body areas, around the rings, are seen as eroded, with slug that seems more due to corrosion than to the mill cast. I have rejected the whole lot, after doing a random inspection to 10% of the total, because a contractor is having the same problem with valves of the same mark. Any suggestion, about the criteria of rejection of the welding of those rings to the body of the valve?
Attached photos,
Best regards

The API code should be used for the inspection guidelines for the valves. I had the similar experience regarding the quality issue of some valve from China before. It can be a time and money saving to have the inspection done in the Chinese shop before shipped out. you can find either expat or local inspectors to perform the work for you.

Thanks mk3223, I thought about the acceptance criteria of ASME 16.34, regardless of the welding issues.
