Concrete curing tank pump

Concrete curing tank pump

Concrete curing tank pump

Recently had our tank pump that was about 10 years old break. Replaced it with a pond pump. within a few months that pump stopped working. Replaced that one with a different dirty water pond pump and has stopped working after only a month. My lab has 3 250 gallon tanks that are connected for constant flow and are lime saturated per ASTM standards. Any recommendations on a pump that would handle that flow and the lime saturation.

RE: Concrete curing tank pump

I assume you are using centrifugal pumps. Since the viscosity of the water will change with the accumulation of lime in the water, I would use a positive displacement pump such as a small diaphragm pump or a screw-type pump
