Design of cam plate

Design of cam plate

(OP)
Is there a specific equation or a method to determine the strength, thickness and other dimensions of a circular plate (cam plate) under axial loading and supported at the center of the circular plate (i.e. with a bolt)?
How can we find the bending and deflection of such cases??
