Interpart Expressions on Partfamily-Members

Interpart Expressions on Partfamily-Members

Interpart Expressions on Partfamily-Members

(OP)
Hey,

I'm sending you my question because I'm sure you can easily give me an answer.

I have a partfamily with about 400 members. In an assembly I use multiple instances of the partfamily. Normally the instances are all different.
In the assembly I have some Interpart Expressions, which refer to the Partfamily members. The reference stay when I change the variant, everything okay!

But now when I change the variants so that I have one variant twice in the assembly then the Interpart Expressions of one of the members gets destroyed. I think this is because they have the same part name in this case. Is there a way to make the two or more same instances distinct?

Thank you for your reply,
best regards

Andreas

RE: Interpart Expressions on Partfamily-Members

Might you be able to post an example of this problem? I'm pretty sure I don't understand the question yet.
