Hi.

Does anyone use the Mirus or MTE sine waves filter LCL at the output of vfds? Is the voltage waveform really sinusoidal?

No, but a lot more so than without it...
I use TCI's, but the concept is the same.

Without a filter:

With a filter:

Thanks.

Do you had problems with excessive drop voltage in motor? Mirus showed me that his creation with 2 windings, one opposite another winding dont have drop voltage.

do you know about it?

RE: Sine Wave Filter output VFD

Voltage drop is a potential (no pun intended) issue, but excessive is uncommon. I have never had it become an issue, but I have heard of it, only in applications where the motor was sized very very close to the required load.
