Ambiguities with finding "load factor" in bolted joint design according VDI 2230 standard

(OP)
hello everybody
I want to design some bolted joints according to VDI 2230, but I have some ambiguities with eccentricity of load with this standard. VDI 2230 does not specify the exact location of applying load in each SV type. and therefore, SV type which depends on the geometry of the joint, is not clear in some cases.

In the following, lA is the distance from the point where bending moment in clamped parts is equal to 0 to the basic solid.(fig 5.2/6 of VDI 2230) but in some cases it is not easy to calculate even with FE modeling!

Is there any supplemental document or any explanation clarifying the issue?

Any comments are highly appreciated...
