hi
I solved a transeint heat transfer for 0.4s
now I want to plot countors of deformed shape exactly at t=0.2
how should I?

RE: deformed shape at t=0.2

This is described in the CAE User's Guide:

Part V: Viewing Results -> 42.3 Selecting the results step and frame

Did you request Field Output at t=0.2s before running the analysis?

RE: deformed shape at t=0.2

When linear behavior is assumed, then you can create a new result field in postprocessing with Tools -> Create Field Output -> From Fields.
See A/CAE users Guide 42.7 Creating new field output

Otherwise you have to adjust the output request and rerun the analysis.
