Vulcraft Tekla Plugin

Vulcraft Tekla Plugin

(OP)
Hello! I have a problem with Vulcraft Jjoist Plugin for Tekla(http://vulcraft.com/bim-technology/tekla). I have installed it on several computers, but it works only on few of them. All computers have the same Tekla version, environment & material catalogs. When I run this plugin it puts only two points start & end, but doesn’t create any profile. When I open Tekla session log I can read the next.

F1 and Shift+F1 are not valid accelerators.

Does anybody have any idea, what it means? Maybe someone had the same trouble?
