Thermocouple Refrence Tables

Thermocouple Refrence Tables

Thermocouple Refrence Tables

(OP)
My Dears,

NIST Monograph provides thermocouple tables that relate emf in mv with the temperature in C.
These tables are implemented based on equations in the form of:

E = C0+ c1t+c2t(2)+....+cn t(n)

We can find thermocouples tables in ASTM E230 and IEC60584-1

I want to know, what is the origin standard for these equations, is it NIST or ITS90?

Thank you

RE: Thermocouple Refrence Tables

I believe that the NIST data was the original basis for this, some of this data is very old.
