Internal wall wind pressure

Internal wall wind pressure

Internal wall wind pressure

(OP)
Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with either worked example or excel sheet to determine the wind pressure on the internal wall using Eurocode.

Many Thanks,
Leo

RE: Internal wall wind pressure

I'm no expert on Eurocode, as I've never even cracked it open, but if it's an internal wall, why would there be any wind load on it? US codes require a 5 psf partition load, but it's just given, no calculations are required.

RE: Internal wall wind pressure

Well there might be internal wind load...depending on openings in the wall ( Window...doors)
But I do not know of an excel Sheet ....

best regards
Klaus
