adaptive mesh, loop parallelization warning

adaptive mesh, loop parallelization warning

adaptive mesh, loop parallelization warning

(OP)
hello everyone
I am trying to use adaptive mesh in coupled temperature displacement step, but ABAQUS shows me this warning:
This option is not supported for element loop parallelization.
i defined refined quad elements at the contact region which i only use Adaptive meshing for it, would you please help me what the problem is!?
I need to use adaptive mesh because there are two deformable bodies in contact and there is a large deformation of the elements at the region which give me this warning: "Excessive distortion at a total of 3 integration points in solid (continuum) elements"

Thank you so much in advance,

RE: adaptive mesh, loop parallelization warning

Hello,

I cannot say about loop parallelization problem, but like you mentioned there is large deformation and it's an thermo-mechanical problem it would be better to use hexahedral elements. Another suggestion would be to refer the user's guide for thermo-coupled topic and relevant examples in the ABAQUS documentation.
