Static dissipative plastic used for fixturing ESD sensitive components

(OP)
I would like to use a 3D printed tray to hold SMT components that are ESD sensitive. The 3D printed material has the following specs and I'm wondering if it will be safe to use:

Volume resistivity: 3.2 x 10exp11 ohm-cm
Surface Resistivity: 3.2 x 10exp11 ohm
dissipation Factor, 1 KHz: .177
Dielectric Constant, 1 KHz: 6.27
Dielectric Strength: 221kV/in

RE: Static dissipative plastic used for fixturing ESD sensitive components

There are conductive paints that should work to prevent static buildup.
