Set Settings for interferences with Journal

Set Settings for interferences with Journal

(OP)
Hello,

I'm using the simple distance tool in NX. I don't like to loose my settings for the interferences each time when a measure is applied. Is there a possibility to set these when opening the tool? I tried with a Marko but when applying it's losing the settings.

Thank you.

RE: Set Settings for interferences with Journal

Have a look in the Customer Defaults under Gateway/User Inteface. On the Options tab check the box by Save Dialog Memory between Sessions.
If this is locked by your admin then you could use Favorites as an alternative. These can be saved by clicking on the cog at the top left of the form.

The box is checked and activated be default. The Problem is no mater what setting you are doing, when simple distance is opening it overwrites all settings.

RE: Set Settings for interferences with Journal

Just tried using favorites and that doesn't work either on this dialog box. You can record a journal when using this command so you should be able to modify this to perform the measurement type that you require.

I create a makro. A journal is not working for my solution. But I have to use a shortcut after applying each measuremeant. I thought there would be a easier way to manipulate the function to force using my settings.
