IRC: Portal Frame construction in Seismic Zones C-D2... Allowed at all?

(OP)
Hey, I was wondering if anyone has any information on how the IRC would classify required wall bracing for those seismic zones (C, D0, D1, and D2) for portal frame style sheathing. It isn't listed in the seismic table for those zones, and I can't find any information about BWL length when considering seismic for a portal frame, do you just use the wind table or something? Any extra input or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

*Edited: I meant to say IRC, not IBC. Whoops. Either way, looking at the standards and wondering about any information on minimum contributing length when using portal frame in a seismic zone.
