I have ran a crash analysis on front tube of a yamaha vehicle . I want to optimize my results using optimization module but it is showing error as my step are intial and dynamic explicit . how can i run optimization on my part?

Do you mean Topology Optimization? Thats not working with Explicit. Have a look at the users manual.

so if i want to do optimization i have to convert it to static genra then?? and what abt design optimization??

a) yes
b) What do you mean with "design optimization"? Do you mean parameter optimization (design parameter)? That could be done with Isight in combination with Abaqus. Abaqus only offers a sensitivity study built-in. See Abaqus Users Manual 19. Design Sensitivity Analysis
