How to Assume the Foundation Stiffness in Elastic Supports?

Hi,
I am trying to model a simple modal analysis setup with mechanical workbench ( I drew the setup here: http://imgur.com/TobqhvZ ). I think the supports can be modeled by very low stiffness static supports because they are made of cotton (to minimize the effects of a rigid support). but I have no idea how this can be implemented in Ansys Workbench.
Is it by applying Elastic Support? And How to assume/or calculate the Foundation Stiffness [N/m3]?
