Slab on Grade With Trench???

Slab on Grade With Trench???

Slab on Grade With Trench???

(OP)
Hello Everyone!!
I am designing a slab on grade for warehouse (sizes 10mx20mx6m) , which carries the load from steel column at the edge of slab , but the issue is that , a 250mm deep trench is running for electrical cabling along the steel column throughout in 250mm thick RCC slab so below is my quires.

I should design this foundation as strip footing now or still it will behave as raft footing???

What about the overturning and sliding of foundation due to horizontal force, because it is not a continues slab now in one level and the slab is on grade?

any suggestion for re bar arrangement near trench in RCC slab for preventing of cracking??

Any suggestion in this regard will highly be appreciated below is typical foundation section for more clarifications.
