How can I obtain 'CPRESS' with a subroutine and transfer it to UVARM in Abaqus?

(OP)
Hi everyone!

I am studying intimate contact and healing models for in-situ consolidation of automated composite tape placement. My main purpose is to develop user defined output variables in Abaqus which are in relation with contact pressure and temperature. For now, I plan to use UVARM subroutine. It is quite straightforward to obtain temperature with GETVRM utility routine. The problem occurs when I try to obtain the 'CPRESS' (contact pressure) variable. What is the best practice to obtain the 'CPRESS' value for every contact surface and transfer it to UVARM subroutine for further calculations?

Thank you.
