(OP)
Move elements from 1 geometrical set to another
-> For single elements, Drag and drop
-> For multiple elements, multiselect elements + MB3 + change geo set, then click on destination set

Specification tree:
-> double click to activate/deactivate
-> use mouse wheel to enlarge/reduce when activated

Model organization (startup essentials):
-> keep it clean
<> one idea per model. Multiple options is equally confusing to follow as a multitude of geometrical sets
<> group geometrical sets by element type under a parent set. More than 5 is overkill ( 1)Sketch supports 2)Pts & Plns 3)Lns & Crvs 4)Surfaces 5)Temp (literally temp)
<> use Assembly when background information is needed. Do not save in file
<> keep parent trail to a minimum (after 3, it's difficult to do retrace)

After using Cat V5 for about 6 years, every file have the same structure, no matter how complicated the geometry. Works like a charm.
