Look at API 5L. Too many to list, but basically PSL2 is tighter on various things like composition and some material properties.

Most pipelines are made from PSL2 IMO.

He's right as usual. Nobody uses 1 anymore. Use PSL2

It is from the API 5L 2004 edition, but i've used it as a reference a few times back in the fab shop days.

Great.
Yes PSL2 requires tracibility, fracture toughness and prohibits repairs. Those are most important differences for me.

PSL1 does not comply with the PED whilst PSL2 does
