Surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor, frequency response simulation in ANSYS

Surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor, frequency response simulation in ANSYS

(OP)
Hello guys,

I'm trying to simulate a SAW sensor in ANSYS, but I can't get it done and experience some solving problems. I hope you can help me.
I would like to get the frequency response, admittance, deformation etc. but I even fail to simulate the frequency response respectively run the example file successfully.

Here is the PDF which explains a bit what I want to do, see page 14: http://www.ozeninc.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/...

This is how it looks like:

Big: http://www.jogibaerspace.de/01_ansys.jpg

So in my opinion the best idea is to use the rebuilt example file (2nd link) for analysis, because the other one produces more errors, also concerning units that I decided to build it again before waisting more time.
ANSYS 17.2
Original example file by ANSYS: http://www.jogibaerspace.de/saw_harmonic_pml_17.wb...
Rebuild example file: http://www.jogibaerspace.de/SAW.wbpz

My rebuilt ends up with this error message:
An unknown error occurred during solution. Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes.

Here is the solver output:
