Please, tell me what module to use for calculation of deflection of two edges supported plastic plate. I think it has to be flexural module, but I am confused, because for steel I used elastisity module. Look like the definition of them is same, but sametime numbers are different.

Your confusion is caused by the fact that moduli for plastic are not straight line functions. So a number that is a secant to the true stress strain curve is commonly used. This is the flexure modulus. Use it and be happy!
