So the CT ratio for the load side energy meter will be 3000/1A

but i need to calculate from the below cause
Output load around 1600KW/If the load 1200KW what will be the energy meter CT ratio selection

Same, you need to size the CT on maximum load so that it can accommodate the distribution transformer loading.
