Any one has former experience to advice;
Which will be more economic, converting H2S to elemental sulfur or to Sulfuric acid?

Do you have access to an acid plant?
What is the relative value in your local of S and H2SO4?
What is the required energy input for the two options?

I have not access to an acid plant.
S price = H2SO4 price * 2.59
I do not energy inputs.

If available, what is the relative capex & Opex of SRU to Sulfuric acid plant in the case of the same H2S feed to both plants?

I would start by contacting the companies that build this equipment. There are a handful world wide that design and build acid plants, likewise there are ones building pure S facilities.
