RE: why product rotate in Catia assembly when use contact constraint?

You need to define an angular constraint between the two parts. Something like a Parallel between centerplanes.

RE: why product rotate in Catia assembly when use contact constraint?

solid face are oriented outside the solid, by selecting the 2 planar face catia also match opposite direction.

for what you want you should use coincidence with same direction
