Solution for automatic spindle speed and feed definition with NX CAM

(OP)
Hi
I would like to share a video link for solution finding NX CAM tool speed and feed rates automatically from database. In this solution NX can automatically find speed and feeds parameters depending on
• Part material
• Tool
• Method
• Cutting depth
• Step over
Some of You might say that this can be done allready with using set mashining data. Yes you can but in that case only one setting of speed and feed combination is defined and can be used automatically. As You change stepover or cut deep you have to change manually speed and feed.
So in this case any combination of speed and feed can be loaded from database automatically. At the end operations always the optimum cutting parameters.
Please share in and leave comments.
