Strange output from UMAT/Material properties not assigned to all the elements in the domain

Strange output from UMAT/Material properties not assigned to all the elements in the domain

(OP)
Hello Everyone,

I did very simple axisymmetric contact model of ball and plate. For plate material I have used UMAT to define user defined material properties. My problem is, when I extract stress/strain from UMAT for specific element number to .msg file. I don't see anything. I see output for some of the elements, but I don't see output for all of the elements. Therefore, I am suspecting that UMAT is not called for the elements in domain for which the user defined material section is assigned. This is strange. Can anybody please tell me what are the possible reasons for this? I have attached inp. file and fortran code for this model.

Any suggestions/comments are appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Nik
