Place simple/countersunk holes on internal surface of cylinder
Place simple/countersunk holes on internal surface of cylinder
(OP)
Hi all,
I have been trying to place simple/countersunk holes on the inner surface of a cylinder. I projected the point from the outside surface and the axis is "normal to face". This approach works in many previous cases but fails this time. I kept getting "the tool and target do not form a complete intersection."
Is there any other approach that allows users to have a countersunk hole on the inside surface of a cylinder?

Yes, I selected the inner surface as the face for placing holes. It is because the countersunk has to start from the inside.
In fact, I just solve this problem by enabling the "Extend Start" from the hole feature setting.
Thanks anyways.
