Hi, In post tensioned slab design, the serviceability requirements(fc<0.6f'c..etc) are applied even if I put reinforcement in the slab?

Yes. Depending on the code that you are required to use, there will be tensile and compressive stress limits at both 'transfer' and 'in-service', and generally (depends on the code) they must be checked and satisfied even if you place mild steel bonded reinforcement.

When it comes to checking flexural tensile stresses at service, the type of slab will determine the extent of allowable flexural tension (eg one-way slab vs flat plate). Some codes refer to class "U", "C" and "T", for uncracked, cracked and transition, other codes have different nomenclature depending on the exposure, type of slab etc.

Strength requirements for minimum bonded reinforcement must also be satisfied.
