PLS-CADD wire force output interpretation

PLS-CADD wire force output interpretation

PLS-CADD wire force output interpretation

(OP)
I am reviewing some wire force output from a PLS-CADD analysis performed by another engineer. I am analyzing an A-Frame dead end structure and looking at the forces from the analysis of the first pole structure outside the substation. Wires carry only tension loads...I have been provided with three forces for each phase and shield wire...Tension, Wind Normal, and Vertical. Should I assume the tension output includes the wind normal and vertical load components?
