COHESIVE ELEMENTS: Trapezoidal law abaqus for 3D model how it works?

thread799-405353: Tabular Damage Evolution Softening Curve (Trapezoidal cohesive law)

Hello,

I have a 3D model with 3D cohesive elements. I run the model with energy/linear or displacment/exponential softening, and everything goes well. When I try to introduce the softening with the tabular method, it runs but the cohesive elements never break and they resist further tension than the one defined by the "maxs". As a results, the crack never propagates, it barely starts.

I have introduced a lot of points in the law (up to 50000) but nothing works.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Thank you very much
