Footing with Biaxial Moment Outside Kern

(OP)
I am putting together MATHCAD worksheet for footing's with biaxial moment to deal with to deal with resultants outside the kern. I found the attached pdf of a worksheet previously posted and am looking for the derivation of it or suggestion for an alternate method that would work well with mathcad. All of my references provide graphical chart solutions that will not work well. It appears the attached may be based on the method presented by Kenneth Wilson in the February '97 Journal of Bridge Engineering but I am having trouble matching the article with work sheet parameters.
