OSHA sample documentation required for reference purposes I am new to these standards. Kindly help me.

RE: OSHA sample documentation required

go to safety info.com , it is a good forum forum for compliance information . National safety council and osha have helpful web sites as well ( per previous note ) . You can also ask OSHA or your state agency to link you with a VPP partner to help you . VPP companies are recognized by OSHA and do provide positive assistance .

You can also go to www.diers.net and choose software in the navigation bar.  You can download the Mach II Reader and Regression Tool for free to get an example of OSHA 1910.119 PSM documentation requirments for relief valve design and design base calculations.  You will also find over 200 examples of single and two-phase relief design and documentation.  They have the most extensive documentation in the industry for meeting OSHA 1910.119.
