So I have trouble with foundation of 2 RC columns - see attached picture. I cant make standard foundation (own for each column) because there is an existing wall right next to outer edge of columns (10 cm away. I came up with this foundation (see picture below), but I have never done anything like this before so I rather ask here and make it sure. Have you ever done anything like this? What should I be pay attention to? Im suspecting that there will be alot of tension on upper side of foundation. Is there any other solution to this problem? Suggestions?

That is called a combined footing. You are correct, there will be tension in the top of the footing, so the footing needs to be reinforced both top and bottom, for the bending moments shown by your analysis.

A word of advice...ditch the centimetres. Real engineers use metres and millimetres. Fashion designers use centimetres.

RE: 2 RC columns, 1 foundation

That's a perfectly reasonable solution. Some things to consider:

1) Edge condition punching shear can be taxing, particularly with moment.

2) If your permanent column loads are unequal and your soils poor, consider a trapezoidal footing that would producing uniform bearing pressure and, hopefully, uniform settlement.

I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it.
