How do I sort the NX Assembly Arrangements list?
How do I sort the NX Assembly Arrangements list?
(OP)
Efficiency question.
On any NX assembly, I can right-click and see the option for "Arrangements". In our top-level assembly, we have over 50 arrangements to choose from, so in order for me to select the latest one that the team created, I have to right-click the top assembly, select "Arrangements", then, as the displayed list is concatenated, select "Edit" to see the complete list, scroll all the way down and double-click on the latest. The team does set a default arrangement to a fairly recent one, but we are all usually going back and forth between a short list at the end of the list. Is there any way to re-order/sort the concatenated Arrangements list, so that the quick-selection list provided in the right-click "Arrangements" view is shown from bottom-top, instead of top-bottom?

RE: How do I sort the NX Assembly Arrangements list?
My suggestion in your scenario would be to use the Assembly Arrangements button, part of the Assemblies toolbar, and either assign a keyboard shortcut or Spaceball button to it. It pulls up the full list without having to right-click and navigate through the menus.
