Pier Leg Internal Forces

Pier Leg Internal Forces

Pier Leg Internal Forces

(OP)
Hello,

When using the Design Module for Etabs, is there any way to obtain the design shear force (Vu) for each of the legs of the piers?

I know you can view them in the design report for each pier, but it would be helpful for me to be able to export them in table format.

RE: Pier Leg Internal Forces

Try the display-> show tables command.

RE: Pier Leg Internal Forces

Would be nice if you could also show these values visually.

RE: Pier Leg Internal Forces

This can be accomplished with the button Frame/Pier/Spandrel forces.

RE: Pier Leg Internal Forces

Yes, but you would need to define each leg as a unique pier, rather than defining the whole core a single pier.
