When creating a PMI custom symbol, it appears black in Vis, but not black in NX.

In Vis, select right click Appearance Properties and change the foreground colour and the symbol
changes to any colour.

What controls this in NX so we don't have to manually change the symbol.

Turns out to be Vis. (I think)
