ASME PG-33 F factor to calculate single openings

(OP)
I've been reading a lot about the F factor (most of it based on UG-37), but have not found an answer for this.

For a large pressure vessel with two 6" circular, integrally reinforced, radial nozzles located in the same longitudinal plane offset radially by 15° can the F factor be applied to the calculation of Ls from PG-32.1.3 to check for single openings?
