"True dimension" for cross sectioned fillet feature in drawing?

"True dimension" for cross sectioned fillet feature in drawing?

"True dimension" for cross sectioned fillet feature in drawing?

(OP)
Hi all,

I'm hoping someone could help me figure out how this fillet radius spec was created:

I have a drawing where the fillet in question is not perpendicular to the section line. If I try to attach a regular radius dimension to this fillet, it doesn't get attached correctly. The radius dimension that is already attached in this drawing behaves like a normal radius dimension, except it is purple, which mean "true dimension" in the color scheme that my Catia settings show.

Does anybody have any idea how this purple dimension might have been created?

you can upload your image in your post with the icon near the smiley face (use the icon with the circle)

use the true length option in right-click:

I made a circle near the fillet so you can see it is not circular shape on the drawing but real R8 value

Odd, I can't get it to work.

Here I've uploaded sample part and drawing of what I'm trying to do.

I'm unable to create a true dimension as you have shown.

Could you attach the drawing you've done it in pleade? I still can't do it in the part I uploaded earlier. I'm trying to do it exactly as you've shown.
