focusing vs. depth of field.

I´m building a pin hole camera. if you use a very small hole, 0.2 mm, and end up with a f 1000´s.
I can use a lens with a focal distance of 15 cm to 30 to have a bigger aperture but still a big enough depth of field so that I don´t have to worry about focus.
In other words, can anybody tell me the way to calculate depth of field, for different apertures and lenses?

thanks.
