Fatal error exporting dxf or dwg in custom environment

Fatal error exporting dxf or dwg in custom environment

Fatal error exporting dxf or dwg in custom environment

(OP)
So i am trying to export a dxf or a dwg in our custom environment and every time it says in the command promt:

In NX i then get the window

A coworker is haveing the same problem on his machine but he noticed if he would open NX without the custom environment that it does not give this error. I would rather not have to do this every time and have to change my load options and setting just to get a dxf or dwg.

Trying to find a starting point to fix this problem and hoping someone else might have an idea on what is causing this to happen.

EDIT:
Tried opening the none custom environment and setup my load options by loading the .def file with our saved load options. This caused the problem to happen. So it is not any of the other custom environment settings it has to do with the load options. Now just got to figure out what and why.
