anything on different BOMs in TC?

anything on different BOMs in TC?

anything on different BOMs in TC?

(OP)
Is there any source of informations about how to use different BOMs in TC? Like if I have CAD structure in NX/TC but I need to split it to purchase of existing components, and manufacturing of new components, how should I make these two new BOMs in TC... etc.

RE: anything on different BOMs in TC?

Hi Ivan,

This question belongs in the Teamcenter forum. Not in the UG/NX forum.

Basically you need to create a new BVR, in the item, of a different type (View is the default when working from NX).
O.O.T.B TC gives you As-Engineered, As-Build, As-Maintained etc

To tell you the truth, I could not find TC forum... And I will be more than happy to move this question there.
