How the metallurgy of substrate affecting hot dip galvanising ?
What should be the % of silicon and Phosphorous in substrate which is to be hot dip galvanised ?
Does the higher Si & Ph % results in higher coating and grey shade ?

But it doesn't mentioned about what will be the Maximum % of Silicon required ?
Usage of Tin as an additive to control the effect of silicon upto .034% is ok. So can we use upto 0.034 or lesser ?
Is phosphorous + Silicon content upto 0.04% will an ideal option ?
