NX9- Drilled holes on assembly

NX9- Drilled holes on assembly

NX9- Drilled holes on assembly

(OP)
Hi , I'm wanting to show drilled holes in two components that are screwed together and then dowelled into position on assembly. (the items are screwed together and then both items are drilled and dowelled)
I know how to use the assembly cut function but this leaves me with a flat bottom, I want to show the drill point on my drawings.

I have tried insert/ design feature / hole but I cannot get it to work on an assembly.

Any ideas?

RE: NX9- Drilled holes on assembly

Try the Hole Type "Hole Series"

It's specifically for doing just that.
