NX 11

NX 11

(OP)
Hi all,
I installed NX11 a few days ago.... , what a disaster. Each new release the icons are in another place. Looks almost randomly thrown together. It seems in this release even more mouse clicks being used to get my work done.
That proofs the fact that most of our suppliers are still working in a prior NX release.

I will keep you updated.

RE: NX 11

What version did you come from?

-Dave

NX 9, Teamcenter 10

RE: NX 11

I am not a big friend of the Ribbon User interface. Will not discuss that here.
But,if you compare the user interface in NX9 -NX10-NX11,all three have the Ribbon UIF, you will not see much difference in between.

( Yes, i NEVER use the new "Light Theme". ( = white colorscheme)I can live with the ribbon bar but i absolutely hate the "light theme.
It completely corrupts the feel for "what is a window and what isn't, what can i move and what can't I.")

Regards,
Tomas

I'm upgrading from NX10. I hate the ribbon and the light theme. In NX10 I used the classic tool bars.

I hope, I'll find a way to activate the simpler classic bars.
