Does the human brain produce AC or DC magnetic fields?

RE: magnetic field of the human brain

I would presume that since the connection are short pulses they would be seen as AC.

RE: magnetic field of the human brain

Static electric charge can only generate an electric field, but moving charges (as one has in brain activity) create magnetic fields. Both are very weak.

RE: magnetic field of the human brain

In the form of AC or DC magnetic fields?

RE: magnetic field of the human brain

Billions of nerve impulses in the brain create complicated changing human magnetic fields. These changing fields induce changing electric fields. These two fields are correlated to carry messages.
